Hours:

Monday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday — Appointments available from 8am - 6pm.

Tuesday / Saturday — Appointments available from 8am - 12pm.

Phone will be answered during open hours, but due to limited staffing you may be directed to voicemail. Feel free to leave a message or text us. This is Dr. Kenzie can give full attention to patients during appointments. Your phone call will be returned as soon as possible during office hours.
